libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev software package provides LGPL Crypto library - Windows development, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev
libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev *
You will get with libgcrypt-mingw-w64-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
